A badge that did not add upOn October 15, 2026, at the earlier prices, NexLife's semaglutide page printed “Save $48” on the 3-month tile and “Save $108” on the 6-month tile. The plan math gave $21 and $84, which is also what NexLife's FAQ printed. The monthly prices were consistent; only the badges were off.

What 12 months costs

Paying month to month for a full year costs 12 × $109 = $1,308. The 12-month plan costs 12 × $95 = $1,140, a difference of $168. The 6-month plan works out to $594 for six months, and the 3-month plan to $315 for three. Over a year the 12-month plan saves $168.

What is included

NexLife lists these inclusions in the monthly price:

Lab work is not stated as included on any NexLife page we read. There is no membership fee and no separate visit fee.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

How you are billed. The plan pages say “Plans continue monthly unless canceled” and that savings are “applied at checkout on eligible multi-month plans.” They do not say in one sentence whether a multi-month plan is charged each month or collected up front, though they do say unshipped months are refunded if treatment stops. Confirm the charge at checkout.

Cancelling. Plans renew until you cancel. Cancellations “take effect after 30 days, so you may receive and be charged for one additional shipment,” unless NexLife Medical Group approves stopping sooner for medical reasons. NexLife's FAQ calls plans cancellable “at any time”; plan around the 30 days the plan page states.

Refunds. If you are not prescribed, the authorization charge is refunded. Once medication ships, the order is final. On 3-, 6- and 12-month plans, unshipped months are refunded if treatment stops.

Guarantee. NexLife's written policy refunds program and membership fees, not medication, only if you lose less than 5% of your starting weight after 180 days and meet its conditions. The banner on the plan page (“lose up to 10% in 6 months or get your money back”) does not match that policy.

Evidence status

Semaglutide's weight-loss evidence comes from Novo Nordisk's approved products. In SURMOUNT-5, a head-to-head trial, semaglutide produced 13.7% weight reduction versus 20.2% for tirzepatide. Our STEP-1 summary covers semaglutide's own pivotal trial. None of these trials tested a compounded semaglutide, and no trial has tested NexLife's product. Your result may differ, and no program can promise weight loss.

How it compares

Our index held 22 compounded semaglutide programs on October 15, 2026, with lowest all-in prices from $49 to $169 a month and a median of $94. NexLife's $95 12-month rate is above that median, and eleven programs publish a lower figure, including Mondae ($87 month to month); Eden Health ($99 every month, no membership) is below NexLife's month-to-month rate. What NexLife adds is a fixed price at every dose and named pharmacies. The brand Wegovy pill starts at $149 a month for 1.5 mg through NovoCare. Our pricing database lists every row with its read date.
